Specially hardened steel gives the REISSER R2 screw the recognized tensile and torsional strength.
The deep sharply rolled thread and the cylindrical shape prevent splitting and give greater retention.
Due to the strength a smaller gauge can be used than with twin thread screws.
The hardened head is manufactured with REISSER - RECESS to grip immediately without spinning,
it also means that the screw can be removed easily.
The sharp thread and the sharp point bite instantly. Rough drilling is not necessary.
The REISSER surface finish of REISSER R2 screws provides excellent resistance against corrosion.
The invisible Teflon coating saves energy and accelerates the screwing-in process.
