Party Wall Stop Sock

Our 300mm Party Wall Stop Socks are high-performance cavity fire barriers designed to provide maximum fire protection within masonry and timber frame constructions. Manufactured from Knauf ECOSE® mineral wool with a Euroclass A1 fire rating, they deliver up to 240 minutes fire integrity and 240 minutes insulation, helping to prevent the spread of flames, smoke and heat through wall cavities.

Tested to BS EN 1366-4 and compliant with Approved Document B (Fire Safety) and Approved Document E (Sound), these fire socks also meet Robust Detail Part E requirements for masonry, timber frame and separating floor applications.

Supplied in 1200mm lengths and suitable for cavity widths up to 300mm, they provide a secure compression fit, forming a continuous perimeter edge seal to maintain fire, acoustic and thermal performance at party wall junctions and separating walls.
