1200mm Acoustic Party Wall DPC

Our Party Wall DPC is a high-performance cavity fire barrier designed to restrict the spread of flames and smoke within masonry and timber frame party wall constructions. Manufactured using Knauf ECOSE® mineral wool (Euroclass A1 non-combustible) and encapsulated in recycled plastic on a durable DPC backing, it provides up to 120 minutes fire integrity (E classification) when tested to BS EN 1366-4.

The E classification (Integrity) confirms the product prevents the passage of flames and hot gases through the cavity for up to 2 hours, helping to maintain compartmentation within the building structure.

In addition to fire performance, it helps reduce flanking sound transmission and supports compliance with Approved Document B (Fire Safety) and Approved Document E (Sound).

Supplied in 1200mm lengths, it is designed for installation at party wall junctions to form a continuous perimeter edge seal, maintaining fire and acoustic performance across the cavity line.
