Non Penetrating Road Line Pins are the answer when ground penetration is not possible. The non pointed, flat, bent end allows for the pin to weighted down with a sandbag or concrete block, (or other heavy object), providing a quick and cheap method of establishing a guide line without the danger of damaging the surface or underground services.
